Libeccio House is a holiday home designed for couples seeking an elegant and intimate retreat in south-eastern Sicily. Light walls, nautical details, linen sheets and a private terrace where time slows down between long breakfasts and dinners at sunset.
You're very close to the light sand beaches of Avola and an hour or less from the jewels of Sicilian baroque: Noto, Syracuse, Ortigia, Marzamemi. A strategic location to explore without giving up the calm of returning home.

What time is check-in / check-out?+
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. We always meet you in person, hand over the keys and share our tips on beaches, restaurants and local trips.
How far is the sea?+
Avola's sandy beaches are about 5 minutes away by car. In less than 15 minutes you reach the coves of Calamosche and the Vendicari nature reserve, and in 20-25 minutes the fishing village of Marzamemi.
How far is the centre of Avola?+
You're just 400 metres on foot from the centre: bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, grocery stores and traditional restaurants are all reachable in a few minutes without taking the car.
Do I need a car?+
Yes, we recommend it: it lets you freely explore Noto (15 min), Marzamemi, the south-east coves, Syracuse and Ortigia (30 min). Free street parking near the house is easy to find.
Are linens included?+
Yes — cotton bed and bath linens are provided by us, always fresh and high quality. You'll also find extra towels and a welcome set on arrival.
Is the kitchen really equipped?+
Fully: hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes, pots and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine. Perfect for breakfasts on the terrace or home dinners with fresh fish from the market.
Is there a tourist tax?+
Yes — the Municipality of Avola charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per night, applied for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It is paid in cash at check-in and a regular receipt is issued.
